- Development of a preliminary budget and comprehensive master schedules that incorporate the pre design, design, pre construction, construction and post construction phases of the project. We can create, distribute, evaluate and update CPM schedules for contractors through the construction process.
- Assist with permitting and licensing
- Manage project costs controls and accounting
- Assistance in reviewing and analyzing bids and selecting contractors
- Review design in process to assure constructibility with minimal changes and fewer problems in the field.
- Conduct pre-bid conferences to clarify the project's needs and assure responsive bids.
- Deliver timely and clear reports to you concerning the construction process.
- Manage procurement of materials
- Supervise and manage the physical construction of the facility.
- Manage the change order process to anticipate difficulties, resolve issues early, and keep the work flowing.
- Administer progress payments to assure that work milestones are being met and that all current expenses are paid in a timely manner.
- Assure that the contractor provides a safe work place, both for the project workers and for individuals that continue to use the facility.
- Coordinate the final stages of construction, including contractors' punch lists and similar tasks that must be completed, often in a very compressed time period, before your project is closed out.
